The First Friend

Relations not just a word , but to the younger siblings it means only real brother, sister and parents. We tend to forget, in a lifetime relations are nurturing gift of making stronger bonds. Relation between the two people or families doesn’t mean to be from the same womb.

Remembering the unforgettable moment…

Went to school for Parents-Teacher Meet and mam was astonished to see me…

Smiled and congratulated by adding, ‘Is someone in your house blessed with baby child?’

Replied,’ yes! Mam my brother, but how…?’

Mam just an innocence of a child,as little angel confirmed her no. of siblings.

With a giggle, ‘Mam! they are my sister in law and brothers children.’

Foreseeable, When your roots are same and you grow in different directions, but remain special in each other’s life as the first friend and consider everyone to be on the first place. No formalities, masks… on anyone’s face.

It’s a say, you see your childhood in your child…

Recalling, A day in school …came my new English teacher… Me and my brothers were in same school and mostly everyone knew we are family.

The new teacher was quite impressive. She began to plan an act. She gave the lead role to me , but was in doubt to keep my brother in the play. On my request, she decided to give him a role in the play.

After few days, she came to me asking about something and confirmed her of received message from my brother. With the confusion, ‘How many brothers and sisters are you?

Replied,’Five.’ Astonishingly, ‘Are they real?’

I was confused to give her answer… real or not , but they are my brother and sister.

I replied, ‘Yes! We are real but from different mothers. ‘

She smiled back and introduced me to the new relation…. and said, ‘Cousins!’

Looking at Little angel.. Made me realize…

How innocent the relations are. The distance between any relationships is never defined… living and brought up in a family with values of relations through respect and closer to everyone from the core of heart…

Questioned?

Will every generation rising be able to realize the value of having their first friend as brother or sister in this world or just be in formal relationships?
